1. Introduction to the Budda Bears!

Welcome to BuddaBearsNFT! Budda Bears is a collection of 8,888 unique characters created as art by PhD_Snooz with the expectation that they will bring joy to everyone who sees them! Thank you so much for visiting our terms and if you have any questions feel free to reach out to us in the Discord or on Twitter.

2. What We Own IP vs CC0

The name and Intellectual Property involved in the Budda Bears NFT Project (“Budda Bears”) is owned by the team. This includes but is not limited to the intellectual property rights surrounding the images, names, logos, 3D layer files, trademarks, the website, the ability to mint 3D or voxel or other versions of Budda Bears, the look and feel of the user interface, the smart contract code, or anything else not specifically granted by any following licenses. Budda Bears are not CC0.

3. Commerical Rights and utilization for profits

By Owning a Budda Bear, with this Budda Bear NFT you can show it off, flex it, use it as your avatar, sell it, and even merchandise it up to $100,000 (Gross) through the sale of physical merch or using your full Budda Bear in a piece of art you may create as long as you are the owner of the Budda Bear. Any individuals who surpass the $100,000 mark please reach out to the team to receive recognition and look to work on collaborating and bootstrapping for future business ventures!

4. No Guarantees or Future Promises

Budda Bear team have hopes and plans to give the community more content and create amazing opportunities that will make all holders proud to be a Budda Bear Hodler. With the shifting landscape and market conditions, the Budda Bears have released as a Free Mint. Due to the conditions of the market and the sensitivity of the reputations of the names associated with the Budda Bears, we wanted to make sure it was done organically without any expectations from the jump. Owning a Budda Bear NFT, whether you minted it for free or purchased on a secondary market, you agree that the ownership of the NFT resembles that all costs associated in return is just the art. The Budda Bear team and working along with the community with govern the DAO, and aim to incorporate the utility, but the project is primarily focused on the Brand and Art. Interoperability in this space is a gray area, and we are pioneering through this new territory together. You agree that you are not relying on any future commitments on the Budda Bear.

5. Budda Bears Are Not Investments

Budda Bears are meant to be a fun Non-Fungible Token (NFT) for you to collect and enjoy. They are not meant as investment vehicles. We make absolutely no promise or guarantee that these NFTs will be worth anything more than the initial mint cost which was FREE MINT. Any speculation on price is not condoned by the team.

6. $BUDDA ecosystem

The Budda Bears ecosystem will run by $BUDDA which are only generated through staking Budda Bears. $BUDDA is solely a utility token for the community to participate and enjoy what the Bear Necessities Store has to offer: (Trait Swaps, NFT Raffles, IRL ticket NFTs, and much more). $BUDDA is solely used for utility, and LP will not be created by the team.

7. Budda and Taxes

You are entirely responsible for any tax liability which may arise from minting or reselling your Budda Bear(s) NFT.

8. Children

The Budda Bears project is not targeted towards children. You agree that you are over the age of 18, or above the legal age of your jurisdiction. Budda Bears NFT have multiple facets which include music and cannabis, cannabis is a legal topic and does require that any interaction with cannabis products be proven of over legal age of jurisdiction.

9. Events

The Budda Bears plan on hosting several IRL events which exclusive access and perks to Budda Bear Holders. At these events, we may require participants to show proof of legal age in the jurisdiction of the event for legal purposes. (Cannabis consumption)

Web3.0 and private celebrity hosted online events will also take place in 2023. I.e talking to Afroman via group facetime with other holders.
